College Supports National Health Data Initiative

The College is collaborating with the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) to support the development of informed health policies across Canada. As part of this initiative, registrants are asked to complete new data questions during their registration renewal (February 15 - March 31, 2026). All information collected will be anonymized and de-identified to ensure individual privacy and confidentiality.

Registrants will find the required questions under the Employment and Basic Information tabs within the renewal portal. Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) must be answered, while others remain optional.
