CPPEI Renewal & CEC Reminder

Important Information for Registrants

The College would like to remind all registrants of upcoming renewal timelines and Continuing Education and Competency (CEC) requirements.

The 2026 renewal period opened February 15, 2026. Please complete your renewal by March 15th at 4:00 p.m. to avoid any late fees.

Continuing Education & Competency (CEC) Requirements

To maintain registration in good standing, all registrants must complete:

  • Minimum 25 continuing education credit hours per year
    (pro-rated if registered for part of the year)

At this stage in the CEC cycle, registrants should be well underway with their learning activities and progressing toward the required hours.

Please note:

  • The Self-Assessment Tool is optional

  • The Learning Plan is mandatory

  • Documentation of completed activities and written reflections must be maintained

  • Your Learning Plan and supporting documentation may be requested if you are selected for audit
